Making sure, you get exactly what you want and feel happy about your newest exclusive indulgence, is our prime objective. And we take great pride in knowing, that almost all our customers are very satisfied with their purchases and continue to be so for a long time to come. But of course there are rare occasions of a product not meeting exceptions upon delivery, and we gladly try to correct that instantly.
If you are not satisfied with your product when delivered to you, you may RETURN THIS PRODUCT to us within 30 DAYS for a STORE CREDIT of the purchased item. In order to offer this service, we do have to maintain a few requirements for your return of a product.
ALL PRODUCTS returned for a store credit, MUST REMAIN UNOPENED and still be in original sealed packaging. Any opened or used products will NOT be accepted return for store credit.
A RETURN MUST BE AGREED with Exclusive Indulgence (customer service) before sending back your product - don't worry, this is easily done, and we will give you detailed instructions on how to return your product, as soon as you contact us with your return request.
Notice, that there are certain products, which are EXEMPT FROM RETURN SERVICE and cannot be returned for a store credit. These products include ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (this will be displayed under the product description), all condoms, all lotions, lubricants, scents, oils, candles and cleaners. No return is accepted on these products.
Exchanges of defective products
If your newly delivered products against all exceptions should be DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED we will of course REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY. We accept returns for exchange of damaged or defective products within 30 days of delivery for a complete free exchange incl. shipping fees both ways for your replacement product. All damaged products MUST be returned within 30 days for a free replacement.
If your product by any reason STOPS WORKING after 30 days of delivery, we will REPLACE it with a new product WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR of purchase, once the defective product is returned to us. All shipping costs for this return and replacement is the responsibility of the costumer.
Some times it will be easier for you to use your manufacturer's warranty directly with the manufacturer, but we will happily assist you in this. In any case - contact us right away if you experience any problems with your products, and we will help you out in the best way possible.
Procedure for exchanges and returns

Describe your request shortly in your email and include your order number plus the name(s) of the product(s) you want to return/exchange. We will get back to you within 24 hours, and help you through the return process.
