Shipping & Packaging

Exclusive Indulgence takes pride in offering some of the best and most coveted pleasure toys in the world, and naturally we make sure to package and ship our unique products to all our costumers in the best way possible. We want to make sure, that you get your new indulgences safely, discreetly and preferably free of charge too.

Below are our different shipping options and requirements. Most of them will be presented to you during your purchase check-out procedure on this site too.

Free shipping & flat rate price

For all our costumers in all 50 US States we offer free standard shipping for all orders above $100. This includes standard shipment with one of our carriers (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and delivers in 4-7 business days depending on location and package.

For all orders less than $100, we offer a simple flat rate price of $6.00 for standard shipping.

Priority shipping

Sometimes we just want our new indulgences as fast as possible, and we can't wait for standard shipping. Good news! Exclusive Indulgence is happy to offer a few priority delivery options on most our products.

Expedited Shipping in 3-4 days, order must be placed by 2 pm for next day shipping, $15.00.

Express Shipping by air in 2 days, order must be placed by 2 pm for next day shipping, $39.00

We do not offer an overnight air next day delivery shipping option for now.

Discreet & safe packaging

Exclusive Indulgence values the high quality of not only our products and services, but also our presentation, packing and professional shipping.

All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain packaging, non-logo and standard carrier supplied packaging. The packaging never describes any contents or its origin, and the return address will simply say 'Bennike Inc.' 

Due to our hand selected and unique range of indulgence toys, we may have to ship your order in more than one package. You will of course be notified of multiple shipments and tracking numbers in your email shipment confirmation.

Tracking & delivery

Once your order is picked up for shipping by our carriers, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your delivery tracking number. Once the tracking number is assigned, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In rare cases shipping delays may occur. In such cases, we will make a claim on your behalf to request refund for the delayed delivery and return the money to you when the claim is processed by the carrier. However, we cannot be responsible for service commitments and unexpected errors and delays by the carriers. Delivery times are estimated by our carriers and not guaranteed. As are we not responsible for any delay, if the carrier is unable to deliver the package at for requested address if there is no or limited access when the package is delivered.

When your package is delivered to you, make sure to inspect the packaging for any visible damages and check the package contents too. If any of your products have been affected by shipping damage, save all packaging and do not open your products from their original packing yet. Instead contact us at costumer service, and we will help you out, and make sure you get a replacement product immediately. We do need documentation of the damaged packaging (photos, description etc.) and the damaged product return in order to file our claim with the carrier.

International shipping

Unfortunately we do not ship overseas yet at Exclusive Indulgence as standard. Feel free to contact our costumer service, if you have a special request for international shipping, and we will do our best to make it happen.
