Is my personal information safe?

All information you provide to us in your registration- or ordering process is used only to process your order and your shipment, and is NEVER shared with any third party. Your email is used to confirm your order, your shipping address is for shipping only and your billing address is for credit card confirmation purpose. For more detailed information about how we protect your personal details, please see our Privacy and Security Policies.

How will my package look?

All orders on Exclusive Indulgence are packaged in discrete, plain and standard USP/FedEx brown box packaging. There will be no indication of any contents, products or brands on the package, and sender information will be listed as SHIPPING DEPARTMENT.

What will my credit card bill/statement say?

All orders placed on Exclusive Indulgence will be listed on your credit card bill/statement as BENNIKE INC.

What warranties do I have on the products?

As we always try to find the best quality, the most safe and the most exclusive pleasure toys and objects here at Exclusive Indulgence, we also are fortunate to have good and extended manufacturers warranties on our unique selection. Most products have at least one year manufactures warranty and some have a lot longer. All details about individual warranties on the products is available for each item under 'Details & Tips'.

What if I don't like the purchased product?

We always want our costumers to be happy and satisfied with their purchases, and we trust that our unique product selection will live up to your high expectations. But in the rare occasion, that you are not happy with the purchased product, we will of course do all we can to solve that. We do make exchanges on most products if certain requirements are met - please see our return policy and how to proceed with your request below under 'Returns & Exchanges'.

What if my product is defective?

If you against all expectations received a product that is defective or damaged in any way, then send us an email immediately and describe in what way the product is damaged/defective. We will make the arrangements to send you a replacement in exchange for the damaged product. See details under 'Returns & Exchanges'.

Can I make a phone order?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept phone orders on a regular full day basis. But if you send us an email at [email protected] with your order wishes and questions, we will be happy to call you back and finalize your order by phone. Just provide us with your number and what time it would be best to call you.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Once your order has been finalized and submitted it is not possible to change or cancel it through the website. For any changes to your order, you have to contact Customer Service at [email protected] and we will do our best to make the requested changes or cancellation right away.

Can I track my order?

Yes - all shipped orders can be tracked as soon as the order is processed and delivered to our shipping partners. Apart from your order confirmation email, you will receive an order update with your shipping tracking number, as soon as we hand it over for shipping. 

Do you ship outside US?

Unfortunately Exclusive Indulgence only ships to all US States, US Territories US Armed Forces (AFO/FPO addresses) for now. We hope to expand our services to everyone else as soon as possible.

How do I ship my order to somewhere else than my home address?

When completing your order, you are given the option of providing a billing address (which has to match the billing address on your credit card for security reasons) AND a shipping address. So just submit your alternative address for shipping and your package will be directed there. Do notice, that the provided shipping address must be recognizable by US postal database, or your order will not submit.
